12/17/2012 16:00 PST 62 F Settled down at Yellow Bank, east side of Santa Cruz Island. This is a refuge anchorage for N-NW winds. We chose it in anticipation of the NW gale warning starting tomorrow morning. Anacapa Island A spectacular sunset, but can definitely see the storm forming in the distance. Hi Mark and Christine. Hope you had a safe trip down the coast and we are glad to see that you are anchored in a protected location. Looks like you will get some wind. The OPC is predicting 30’s to 40’s and the NWS 20’s to 30’s. We are back in HB until the 27th. Let me know if I can be of assistance or if you want to get together.
Larry
Thanks Larry. We made through the storm ok. We will let you know our schedule.
